Welcome

Church Lady Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit approved volunteer Christian organization that seeks to serve God by serving others. We strive to show Gods love and to improve the quality of life in Madison County, Alabama and surrounding counties in Central Alabama. Our services are brought to you as an outsourced non-profit organization in the North and Central Alabama area. We serve children in need, shut-ins, the elderly and their caregivers, and anyone else in need. We hand-deliver food to homes, provide educational, recreational, and spiritual support.  We run mostly on monetary donations from individuals, so any amount means a lot!  If your group or organization would like to partner with us please reach out.  We are strictly a volunteer organization with no salaried employees.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve God by serving others, starting with one person at a time.

Church Lady Ministries, Inc. was founded in November 2019 by Darlynn Hooks.  She has observed "Church Ladies" over the years serving God by serving others. Many of these ladies aren't able to serve as they once did, because of health issues, the inability to drive, or many are caregivers of loved ones.  After retiring from a 20 year career in eye care sales,  she wanted to try and find ways for them to continue to serve in whatever capacity they can.  As she started to volunteer with children in need, and the elderly and their caregivers, many of her friends expressed that they wanted to get involved by donating their time and resources.  This is what led to developing Church Lady Ministries, Inc. an official 501(c)(3) non-profit approved charity.  Join me and others in continuing their legacy of serving God by serving others.
